any special postmark??

If I mail my Christmas cards from Disney will they have a special postmark??

I think I read somewhere (maybe the Official Guide?) that the post mark will be from Lake Buena Vista not WDW. i will try to find it and let you know for sure.

From the 2003 edition of the Official Guide, page 41:

"The old-fashioned mailboxes in the theme parks are not official U.S. post boxes, but letters can be mailed from them. Postmarks read "Lake Buena Vista," not "Walt Disney World"."

Many Many years ago mail that was mailed from Disneyland was postmarked with a special Disney postmark but they no longer do this, unfortunetly. So my guess is it would be marked with Lake Buena or Orlando.

We mailed postcard to family and friends from the scrapbook store in DTD back in March. While I can not honestly remember at this moment the exact content of the postmark (WDW or LBV). I do know that the postcards did arrive with Tinkerbell imprinted on them.
