We live near a few places to go snowtubing, but have only ever gone twice. Both times the weather was in the 30's. We were cold, of course, but enjoyed it very much.
Today my DD10 was invited to go with a friend. It is BITTER cold here today. Temps will be in the teens tonight while they are there. Sounds silly, but I was wondering if that will be too cold??
Would you bundle your kid up and send them or try to reschedule for a time when it wasnt soooooo cold?

. Kids don't feel the cold in the same way. If necessary send them with a turtleneck scarf--do NOT send a regular scarf as they can get caught in the tow ropes. I would have them wear long underwear, sweatpants, snowpants on the bottom. A t-shirt, turtle neck and sweatshirt and jacket on top. They will be just fine.
