I wish someone around here could understand my Disney obsession. They just laugh and roll their eyes at me. I hear "So when is the next trip?", but always with a touch of sarcasm. Oh well, they don't understand and I can't make them. Still, to find a guy around here that "gets it" would be wonderful.

I just planned a trip for a friend last night. They were laughing because I got SO EXCITED when I was telling them where they were going, but it got them more anxious to go!!!!

I too am in that same situation. I even get family, friends and co-workers sending people to me to help them with some general planning and info. If only I could find a career that would allow me to get paid for this. A guy can dream.

wdwtheplacetobe has convinced me to finally post a photo. I only hesitated because the only photos I have on my computer are of me on my last trip in December and everyone includes my new best friend. She's my friend's 3 yr. old daughter. I just didn't feel comfortable posting photos of somebody else's children. But then I figured this is probably the safest place to do so.
So here goes. This is at MCO just as we were leaving to come back home. Also this is about 15-20 lbs. ago.(good bye and good riddance).
Hopefully this one won't be another thread killer

Ok, this is off the topic of "dating", but I was checking out the calendar (thanks a TON for it!!) and it seems that EVERYONE is going at the beginning of May. I've never been at that time before. I was originally going at the end of May and thought that maybe the first of May wouldn't be quite as busy since most schools aren't out yet and it's not around a holiday. Does anyone know how busy it is during that time? It just seems like a lot of people are going. Hopefully you're all going because it isn't "quite as busy"!

I have been many times in May- usually the 2nd week- and I don't think it's too busy at all! Towards Memorial Day it gets WAY more crowded. The only problem with May is there are quite a few school groups touring EPCOT. By touring I mean: running, shoving and generally being annoying

I think there's going to be a mini meet sometime in May- let us know your dates when you decide!

Well, according to touringplans.com, the first week of May is rated at about a 6 on a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being the worst days to go). In other words, it'll be busy, but it's completely doable.

I was there the first week of May last year and it was very manageable. It picked up they day we left as the 50th Cleebration officially started, but for the days leading up to it, fairly slow.

I am a SWF, 31, from Ohio and I have a 6 year old son. We are Disney nuts. We just got back from our 10 vacation and I'm ready to go back already!!!!!! I have been looking for my Prince Charming, but all I find are frogs. I've kissed them, but nothing happens !!! Maybe they need some pixie dust !!!! I think a singles meet sounds like a great idea, but seeing how I just got back, I probably won't make another 16 hour journey until next spring .

I must not have posted my travel dates. I'll be at the Fort from June 4-15. Technically, I guess it's not solo as I will have my father and my two daughters with me. However, I am single so I guess that counts.

I'm a 29 year old, redheaded Disney princess who just discovered this thread. Even though I just got back from Orlando, if a bunch of single Disney-lovers are heading down there in May, I'm in!
