Ok Ladies and Gentleman...following in MBF footsteps....here's a question for you.

What do you consider the most romatic foods/beverages?

Some have been listed already....chocolate covered strawberries, sparkling wine, champagne.

For me...its dark chocolate covered strawberries and chamapagne

For me, if I were with that Disney Prince I seek, any food would be romantic. Sparkling wine & chocolate-dipped strawberries, or Hi-C and cold fried chicken at the playground -- it's who you're with that makes it romantic, in my opinion. :cloud9:

Gina-- I think you may be right, while I do love champagne and strawberries and think that they are as about as romatic as it gets , it would all depend on my disney prince. :) Anything can really be romantic with the right person :cloud9:

So, are we saying that nachos with extra jalapens is not romance food?

LOL... Sure they are! If that is what you both like, and you have fun feeding nachos to each other and pouring water down each other's throats to put out the fire, then who's to say that's not romantic? :)

That sounds tasty and fun. :teeth: I'll take a beer instead of the water though.

Okay Gina, you win the prize for the best answer. I agree with you 100%. It really doesn't matter what you're eating, as long as you're enjoying the company of a special someone while you're eating it. Heck, I think it's romantic when my BF asks if I want a piece of gum!!!! ;)

Neat! What do I win?? ;)

Someone pretty special and I were discussing this sort of thing the other night, and we agree that not only is romance what you make it -- a trip to the grocery store could be fun and romantic if you try hard enough -- but that too many couples give up on trying to create those special moments after they have been together a while.

We decided that you should never stop "dating" -- set aside one night a week and make your relationship the very center of your attention, whether it's a fancy night out or a lively game of strip Yahtzee. :D If you don't water a plant, it will die.

But just to drag this back to the food topic, does chocolate body paint count as a food? :thumbsup2

Yes, and don't forget the whipped cream! :stir: :stir:

Ok, we have the romantic food lists.... how about romantic dinner locations?

Outside: Picnic on lighthouse grounds, waves crashing in the background

Inside: Any room in the house, no lights... all candles

At WDW: Dinner ressies in Cinderella's Castle at dusk... table up front with a view of the park as she starts to glow. THAT will be my first romantic dinner at WDW with my Disney Prince! princess: :wizard:

I'm sorry Kimmie, but you're on your own on this one. :teeth:

Hmmmm... does that mean you'll be eating Pasta with her and being subjected to her rating system? Can I watch? :rotfl2:

Gee, thanks...I've been craving nachos and margaritas all afternoon and it's all your fault! And yes, that could *absolutely* be a romantic meal in the right company...and maybe it could start the sort of fire you wouldn't *want* to put out right away... :rolleyes1

Signed up on Dismeets... just waiting for the administrator to send an email so I can confirm... see ya'll there when able!
