it only showed cabins on the port side of the ships.

I had the exact same thing happen to me on Monday morning early. Well, really almost every time I have logged in since platinum opening early morning Monday....virtually all rooms showing are port side. I don't really care, but it was frustrating as i knew the computer was not giving me NEARLY all the available rooms. When I called, they gave me multiple options starboard. They must hold back starboard rooms or something. Weird.....o_O

My TA starts her office hours at 9 - by 9:07 I had an email that she got my first choice (7120!!!!!) for the 2/15 Magic sailing and put a hold on it! I emailed her to say " charge my deposit to my card on file". :) Sooooo happy!!

I had to call the number provided on the Castaway Club page and got through to someone in “internet support” in under 5 minutes. She reattached my Castaway Club number to my profile after which I was able to see my silver status but I was still unable to see cruises past Jan 2020 after clearing cookies and checking on 2 separate browsers. After trying a few things, she was kind enough to help me put the 3 cruises I am considering on hold so I can review them with my husband tonight.

P.S. There’s no availability left for the April sailing from Vancouver to Honolulu but there are limited options in the Deluxe Inside Stateroom category for the sailing from Honolulu to Vancouver. No oceanview or veranda staterooms available. Seems there may be a large number put on hold so they may become available after October 4-6.

I looked at 4 different cruises on 3 different ships. When I went to pick our stateroom for them, it only showed cabins on the port side of the ships. 2 of the cruises were a WC and EC on the Fantasy. I know those don't sell out super fast, so why isn't it showing starboard side rooms? It was all OV on deck 2 midship, which also aren't as popular as Ver. cabins. Does anyone know if they will show starboard cabins perhaps tomorrow?

Edit to add: Just saw on another thread that port side cabins are always released first. So now I just need to decide which cruise we will do.
The fact that the online booking system only shows the portside cabins at first is a major annoyance, since we prefer starboard. I booked Monday with OBBs to apply, so needed to call in any case, but it helps to be able to see stateroom availability when talking to the cast member. Definitely speeds up the conversation so more folks can get through on the phone lines.
