Any service like Disney Floral & Gifts?

Hi, very new and somewhat clueless to universal planning. Question..
does Universal have any sort of service (of their own, or any private small businesses anyone has successfully used) to do welcome baskets, celebrations, gifts, etc. Thinking similar to Disney's Floral & Gifts departments-specifically to be delivered to your hotel room for a birthday for example?

Staying at RP and we added on this Universal trip to the front half of our resort-only Disney trip once my older son discovered & became HP-obsessed. It's his birthday surprise Thanks!!

The hotels do offer a nice selection of gifts you can order and be sent to the room

I looked at the one for Portofino and it says they have cupcakes. Anyone know if I could get ones that are Minion-themed? We’re staying in a minion suite and I would love to add that to the surprise.
