Any Saratoga Springs photos out there?

We are no dvc member, but booked the 1bdr villa for 7 nights in aug.
Is there every day cleaning/ beds are made up?
And do you get every day bath products ?

Seen the pictures we are very happy . Greet location!

Yes and yes. Mousekeeping every day and they replace used bathroom and kitchen products.

Are these pics for real??? It can't still look like this, can it? Wouldn't Disney keep up with things like this, especially with a deluxe resort? Should we rethink our stay here??

I have my suspicions as to whether the pics are for real or not. Somehow, I doubt it.

Seems odd that the poster just joined in November 2009, with only 6 posts, and post these pics. Something seems funny about it.

Not sure if those pics are real or not but if you look closely at the floor tiles and then look back at some of the bathroom pics the tiles color is a pretty good match. For example look at the toilet picture in post 112

We stayed in the Grandstand Sept '09 and LOVED it! It was VERY clean, we saw nothing that was in need of repair, or needed cleaning. We bounced back and are going again this Sept! I honestly cannot think of one negative thing about this resort.

Just a quick note...
The pictures in post 112 are mine and on our arrival day there was mold on the shower grout and door. It was gross and I prefer to not take pictures of that so I didn't. We left a nice tip for mousekeeping and it was taken care of and everything was cleaned. It might have just gotten overlooked the last time the room was cleaned.

If you look hard enough you can find things wrong everywhere...even at Disney. Best thing to do is not dwell on it, *nicely* bring it to someones attention and enjoy your stay at the happiest place on Earth!

I think each Disney resort has a room or two that are left off the mousekeeping list. They are given to guests with attitudes at check in.
I doubt that my theory is true, but one can dream.

I don't have any photos, but I can tell you that SSR's doorways are outdoors. Because the resort is not styled as a hotel, the hallways aren't inside the buildings. However, not all of the hallways are facing the outside so they do not all have a view.

Sure from our Sept 2009 Free Upgrade to SSR from ASMu We loved SSR! Wish we could afford to stay there all the time My turn to give back as I used this thread to get ready for our trip last year!

front door from inside, the door to the right is the connecting to the other room (didn't use/need to use)

Bathroom area...to the left is the closet, to the right is the bathroom door.

kitchenette area...loved being able to make my coffee in the AM and get breakfast in before hitting the parks!

the queen bed...so nice! excuse our stuff all over the place?!

the sofa that turns into a full sleeper...and my DS (3)

our balcony...we were on the 2nd floor in Paddock building closest to Carousel. Right outside our building was the Carousel bus stop which was closer to us than the Paddock stop. We never waited more than 10 min for a bus.
