My Mom is going with us this trip and she had a small stroke 6 years ago . She gets around like it never happened , but I am worried about the rides being safe for her . She'll get on just about anything . Is anything at WDW NOT a good idea . I have heard something about Dinosaur and brain bleeds , what is that and is it true? Would it be dangerous for her ? She'll be disappointed but , I'd rather know .

Hi and welcome.
The best might be for your mom to ask her doctor what types of rides she should avoid, but it sounds like she might not do that if she's just going along like nothing happened.
Most of the rides that are rough (like Dinosaur) have a little code by them on the park maps (if I remember right, it's a red triangle). There will also be a warning sign before you get in line and before boarding.
Some of the rides that are rough, bounce you around or cause a lot of G forces (gravity + movement or falling pulling your body one way quickly) include all of the roller coasters, Dinosaur, Body Wars, Space Tours, Tower of Terror. If she is a little unsteady, the rides that make you go in circles like Dumbo, the tea cups, Aladdin's Magic Carpets, might make her dizzy and a little unsteady when she gets off the ride.
I have not heard anything about Dinosaur and brain bleeds, but I know some of the extreme roller coasters (more extreme than the ones at WDW) have caused brain bleeds even in people with no problems. Some of those real extreme roller coasters and "shoot people straight up in the air and let them fall back down rides" have G forces higher than astronauts encounter in a space shot!
Each park has a Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities. They are available from Giest Services. There is very basic info in them, but the part that might be useful to you is a short description of each ride. It tells if the ride is turbulent or a quiet boat ride. You can always ask the CM (Cast Member) at each ride, but it's nice to have something in writing to refer to.

None of the rides in WDW have been known to have caused brain bleeds. There is one in DL that alledged did, but the person had an underlying physical condition.

Just to be on the safe side, my suggestions would be to avoid the rides that warn about people with high blood pressure riding them. RnR would be an example, due to the 0-60 mph takeoff. You might also want to be careful about ToT, the simulator rides (Body wars/Star Tours--- Star Tours is milder), Dinosaur, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain.

I have to agree, though, she should consult with her doctor on her trip. I know it will be hard, but try not to keep reminding her of what she can't ride... it will make for a miserable trip for everyone. Just try to relax, and have fun. Since, I am sure that she is on medication, it could be that the doctor will clear her for anything she feels up to, and if he does, just let her go and have a wonderful time:)
