I want to purchase an AP before the price changes in Jan. I was trying to think of a way to get reward points for doing so. Thru mypoints or one of the others. But I need to make sure I only have the voucher and it's not activated. Do you know of any tricks? Thanks

Only savings if you use Disney Club Discount!!

ps.Sorry it has taken so long to get you an answer, but our favorite Rewards program has been resurrected,so eveyone has been there trying to figure out this form of it.

I have used the special resort rates offered to annual passholders from time to time, but usually at the same time these same rates were also offered to large groups of other people also, for example residents of a featured state or people who bought a particular cereal and saved the box top.

Example: $49.00 plus tax per night for All Star resorts.

I'm interested in knowing this answer too. I also want to buy my APs before the prices go up and would like to be able to get reward points for this huge purchase. I'm currently doing Blink and MyPoints. I know you can get MyPoints points for buying stuff through DisneyStore.com, but I don't think you can get tickets through them. Anyone here know?

There is a roundabout way to get points for purchasing an Annual Pass.

1. Determine as close as possible the $ amount you need for 7-Day Park Hopper Plus Passes.

2. Go to My Points

3. Purchase Wal-Mart Gift Cards for as close to the $ you need for the 7-Day Park Hopper Plus Passes.

4. When you arrive in Orlando area, go to Wal-Mart Supercenter in Kissimmee on 192 to their travel center and purchase the appropriate 7-Day Park Hopper Plus Passes.

5. Go to any park Guest Services and exchange for Annual Passes and pay the difference.

I know this is a bit complicated, but it is a way to get some points for your purchase.

Hope this helps!!

I have researched this as well but it seems that there is no direct way to go about getting them thru a rewards program. The way that clkelley showed above would work but only if you were going to purchase them before the price increase. I'm sure that WalMart will increase their prices when Disney does. Sorry I don't have better info but I haven't been able to figure out anything for the last month or so!
