Any restaurants not have a children's menu?

Just wondering if anyone has come across a restuarant that does not offer a childrens menu? I am curious because we opted for the dining package, which states children must order off the children's menu when available yet I have looked at lots of menu's and have yet to come across a restaurant that doesn't offer a kids menu. Just curious. Thanks.

The only place I've ever found, after doing EXTENSIVE research, at WDW without a children's menu is Shula's Steak House (at the Swan or Dolphin -- can't remember which). Otherwise, you're golden! They all have them!

Bistro de Paris and V&A do not have children's menus. However, I also think they are not available on the Dining Plan.
