Any Restaurant Recommends For Paleo?

I eat Paleo & GF. I've eaten GF at WDW on many occasions, but this is my first trip eating Paleo.

Any restaurant recommendations for Paleo?

That should be no sweat to accommodate! That means tons of protein if I'm not mistaken. So I'd suggest any of the steak or seafood places. In fact you shouldn't have a problem anywhere. You can ask to forgo the bun for a burger at CS places. I know Cosmic Ray has 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken, just pass on the sides. You given any thought to TS that serve breakfast? You can load up on the basic standards of eggs & bacon again forgetting the starches. In fact most food courts have a breakfast platter of some sort that might fit the bill.

Just speak up and ask for what you want anywhere! It's not as hard as what we have to deal with: Hubby has IBS and a ton of restrictions. I have chronic Gastritis and that means bland, beyond bland!! Every meal will need to be customized and we never need to worry that we will go without good food while on-site :thumbsup2

Thanks for responding. I have multiple digestive disorders, too. Paleo is the first diet I have found to help my digestion! Paleo, basically means no grains, legumes, dairy or refined sugars. Limited fruit, honey and nuts. Basically veg & meat.

I follow a modified Paleo. I (try to) eat approximately 75% leafy greens, with the additional 25% being a mix of above ground veg and meat. No fruit, no sweeteners, no starches, no nightshades, no eggs, no bacon (most has sugar). This means nearly no sauces, rubs or dressings, so I understand bland. :hug: Tougher to find compliant foods than my old GF. :sad2:
