Any resort discounts for week AFTER President's Day?

Does anyone know if there's a history of room-only discounts for the week AFTER Presidents's Day? I'm hoping to make a quick trip down there before the busy spring season but early February may be out due to DH's work schedule. Also, anyone know if this is a relatively non-busy time to go?
