Any recs for a airport towncar service from downtown Toronto to YYZ?

Thanks! I was thinking of using Aircab McIntosh Limo, but I don't know anything about them and would much rather have feedback on a reputable company.

I've used both Airline Limousine 416-675-3638 www.airlinelimo.ca and Aeroport Taxi and Limousine Service 416-255-2211 www.aeroporttaxi.com successfully on two different trips. They both have government approved flat rates.

I've used Airflight Services (http://www.airflightservices.com/rates/index.php) 3 times so far. They've been really great... the drivers are polite and usually early and the cars are clean. I also like that I can request they not ring the doorbell ... My dad has used a couple of towncar services with drivers who don't pay attention to those requests.
