We have a dinner planned at Chefs in early Sept. I haven't eaten there in several years and recall it being a wonderful meal. However, I see that they no longer have the beef tenderloin but instead a flank steak. Has the menu taken a cut in quality, or is it still as good as it was?
Can someone enlighten me on the pate appetizer?
Also, what dessert can you recommend?
