Any reason to delay filing my return

We have a pretty standard tax return. 1 W2, basic deductions, house, taxes, donations, etc. with 2 kids. I am a SAHM. Is there any reason to delay filing until Feb 28th? I know the government was changing some things, but I'm wondering if we should wait?

They were advising people to wait until 2/14/11 to file so you should be good to go.

Yeah! To delay weeping and gnashing of teeth when you find out how much you have to pay! We don't file until April - we've had it stamped on April 14th before!

Not a reason in the world if you have received all the papers you need. Investment firms had until 2/15 this year to send 1099's out. The IRS wasn't accepting returns with itemized deductions until the 15th. Have not heard any mention of the 28th before.
