Paint Shop Pro Photo X2, allows you to put borders on your pics, it is very simple, you can pic color width etc.

it also comes with a nice selection of frames which are even easier to apply,

you can download the free trial from the corel website... and use it for 30 days..

I forgot to mention it also has things called picture tubes, that are little pics/cartoons that you can add to your pictures, I have been able to find some Disney ones on the net...

It has tons of photo enhancement frames people have made. Some really great ones. I love the pirate ones on page 78. Many are saved as gif so all you have to do is layer your photo under them.

Disney has a few software programs but they are very basic. I have built up a collection of gifs by searching on the web and i create my own.

Thanks for the ideas. I have to learn a lot more about the computer...I did not even know what a gif file was until I asked DH.

I wish things were simpler...but at least I can try them out.
