Any problems with Budget car rental?

In checking prices for a rental car I have found the best price for our week to be with Budget. I've never used them and haven't read much about them on the board. Anyone ever have any problems with them?

I used them twice, both times a very HARD sell for insurance, but, other than that not a single problem.

We have used Budget twice with no problems. We didn't have the hard sale that others mentioned. Just the standard question "do you want to purchase the insurance." I said no and that was all that was said. Both times we have been very lucky and been in and out within 20 minutes as there wasn't a line. Bringing the car back is extremely easy as well. We are using National this time but only because they were a lot cheaper. Hope this helps.
