Any problem with Delta MyItineray website?

Hi!
I have an already paied ticket from JFK to MCO and back.
Originally it was a Song, but I received two email (one from Song and one from Delta) telling me that the flight was changed (not a big problem, since the new flight is just one hour later).
The problem is that in the first days it was possible to see it and choosing the seats using the MyItinerary function on Delta website, but now there is a problem and seems to be impossible to check the itinerary online.
Does anyone know if the delta website MyItinerary function is broken since one month ago or if there is the possibility to have something gone wrong with my tickets? Please, consider I can't phone to Delta! :guilty:

Why can't you phone Delta? They have international 800 numbers as well as TTY if you are hearing impaired.

The toll free number for International is 800-241-4141.

I just checked my Delta flights for next month and had no trouble at all using the itinerary area.

Well, my written English is good enough, but speaking at phone is A LOT different for me! :guilty:

How can I access using a TTY terminal? Is it possible to chat using my PC?

No, TTY is only for hearing impaired and you would need special equipment.

Try calling, they have representatives that speak many different languages, you might be surprised to find that indeed someone speaks your native language if you ask as soon as you are connected.

Based on their user name they probably speak Sardinia and Italian, and possibly some Spanish. While it's not a listed language, I can't imagine there is no one in the International Call Center who doesn't speak one of those languages.

I had the same problem. I had already chose my seats then the flights were all switched. Then I wasn't able to check on my seat asignment. I did have to call. Fortunatly they automatically had given me the same seats I had previously requested. She also said that the reason why I couldn't do anything online was because my flights had been changed to I needed to confirm with them. She said after I confirmed the flight that I would have access to my Itinery. So I could manually change my seats myself.

You can e-mail customer service and explain your dilemma. Ask for an e-mail receipt for your new flight. They will respond back in a couple of days, and you will have a receipt in writing that will have a confirmation number on it. Then you should be able to get back into MyItinerary. When Delta changed my flight, I got a new confirmation number, so I did this and they were most helpful.
 
I fly Delta a lot and this has happened many times.

If I'm not in a rush I just send Delta Customer Care and e-mail regarding the specific reservation. They'll usually re-ticket it and all should work fine online after that, or until they make another flight change.

I've also phoned them and it was a simple matter for them to correct. I spend more time on hold usually. So, if my flight isn't real soon I just e-mail.

Well, just called the Internationa toll free number and... it's works!! :cool1:
Asked to talk with an italian operator, they just directed me to an english operator but with an interpreter between us! :banana:
My flights seem to be confirmed and I will not lost my seats!
