Hi. We just went and refilled the black ink. Now nothing will happen, well only scans a picture. We go push print and NOTHING.HELP. of course DD 14 has projects due.

I'll take a stab at this.
What brand and model of printer is this? When you try to print, do you get a blank page, a page with the black ink missing or do you get nothing but an error message on the computer?
