Any possibility of getting a room 12/29-1/1?

We really don't care about resort although would prefer Boardwalk and would take either a studio or one bedroom. I plan to call MS first thing tomorrow!

Highly unlikely, especially for boardwalk. We made our reservations for 12/28/08-1/02/09 at 11 months (OKW) as many did. NYE is near impossible, but good luck. Maybe a cancellation if you waitlist?

I thought so. We have reservations at CBR for those dates b/c we didn't want to spend the points, but we have since added on we have some more points to play with and would rather stay DVC.

It never hurts to try, but it is unlikely. Just think of it as a chance to use those points at a later date! Good luck, give it a try anyway.

I can tell you there is nothing at the Boardwalk when I reserved a 1 bedroom 3 months ago. They did have some at SSR but they maybe gone by now.

I have been waitlisted at BW for a 2br from 12/30 -1/2 since February. I also waitlisted at the 7mo. window for all other DVC resorts...so far, no luck. I also have a reservation at the CBR, but I would rather use points than spend money. We'll just have to wait and see.
