Any pontoon boat experts?

I found a great deal on a Floteboat. The pontoons, the 90 hp motor and the floor are good, but how hard is it to replace seats, carpet and add a bimini top and maybe a radio?

Dh is a bass boat guy, doesn't want anything to do with a pontoon boat, so it will be my project, but I'm not afraid of hard work and power tools.

I haven't bought it yet so are there any brands to stay away from or anything else I should check out on it first?
