We are thinking of getting something here on our first night in October. Any reviews out there? Thanks Ron.

Maybe they were having an off night, but we had a bad experience. First they had 3/4 of our order already on the tray and then we waited at least 10 minutes for a couple of sides. We weren't overly impressed with the food either.

Were there last January, not bad but nothing special either. I's say standard mall food court fare.

We were there just last week and it was great. Chicken was fresh, DH said the campero beans were yummy, younger DD and I got black beans and rice with ours and it was good too. Older DD opted for the slider burger and hot dog and loved it. The desserts from babycakes were really yummy too. Great use of a QS meal credit for us.

We we so sad to see McDonalds gone, I would so much rather it still be there, this place's food is ok, a lot like you would get at the mall or counter service , ya know, its edible, but thats about it.However, babycakes is in here too and they have little cakes that are to die for!!:O)

NOTE: Polo Campero is in the previous McDonald's food court
in Downtown Disney. It is basically fast food. In my opinion,
it is highly overpriced mediocre dry chicken. From others who
have eaten there, they have said their meals were not up to
the quality or taste of Chick-Fil-A. They have a long way
to go to bring up the quality to acceptable standards.

We just ate there and I thought it was a great value. The family meal was affordable, tasty and provided plenty to eat. We also got alcoholic bevs from the bar, and they were good. Probably one of the most affordable meals we had at Disney. Plus we enjoyed eating outside.

I loved my meal at Pollo Campero! The beans and rice were extremely flavorful, and the chicken was great. It is glorified fast food, but they don't claim to be a fine dining restaurant! My meal was under $10 and was quick, filling, and tasty. No complaints here...

We walked in there twice...both times the place was empty and the food looked so dried out and icky so we skipped it
