We (DH, DD6, DD4 & myself) and our neighbors (DW, DH, DS6 & DD6) will be on our way in 19 days 
We've been to Disney before (negihbors have not) and have gotten much better at planning - but, we have never been in December and are unsure what to expect (weather, packing, lines, etc.). Below is our "Master Plan" (any comments would be greatly appreciated):
12/8: Arrive late (10:00 p.m.) at Pop-Century;
12/9: Transfer to Grand Floridian, Breakfast with Donald at AK, AK all day, Fireworks Cruise scheduled for Sun. evening;
12/10: Breakfast @ Cinderella's Royal Table, all day at MK;
12/11: Breakfast @ Chef Mickey's, all day at MK and attending MVMCP;
12/12: MGM all day, lunch @ Sci-Fi Diner, Dinner @ Brown Derby & Fantasmic;
12/13: MGM a.m. w/lunch @ Prime-Time Cafe, EPCOT - p.m. & staying for Illuminations;
12/14: EPCOT w/lunch @ LeCellier, no plans for the evening - maybe back to MK for our last night!
12/15: Up and off to the airport for our flight home
So that's the plan. Any suggestions on any Holiday Related "stuff" that we shouldn't miss?
We are all so excited! We wish we were leaving tomorrow!
