Any PC/ Peripheral experts here? I need help

Since we bought a new computer we cannot get the printer to work. The printer was working fine before we bought the new computer. I tried everything I could think of but I have had no luck. The printer just prints out blank pages. The printer is a Hewlett Packard. The computer is a Dell. Have any of you had any problems like this?

Does anybody have any ideas for me to try and get it to work?

Have you downloaded the latest driver for the printer (specific to your operating system) off HP's website?

I didn't try that yet. Maybe that's the problem. I will give it a try tonight. Thanks for the help.

Post this on the technical boards There are alot of gurus over there and I bet you will get your answer...........I have been helped more than a few times

Thanks, I'll do that if the printer still doesn't work after I try downloading updated printer drivers from HP.
