I find, Generally speaking that their sizes run full. Their own stuff...denim and co and their other lines...Even dennis basso ran full...i think they gear towards fuller figured gals...

I got the sweater today. That was really quick! Unfortunately, you were right. I am swimming in this. Plus, it's a stretchy material, so it "grows" while wearing it for a while.

Too bad, the next smaller size is out of stock. I don't know if other people will be returning that size and QVC may be able to swap sizes.

If I return an item, I know I have to pay the shipping charge to send it back. What happens if I want to exchange it for the right size? Am I charged a third time to have the new one sent to me?

I think I'm the only fool who DVRs QVC shows. I watch QVC pretty much when I'm home. I love Leah Williams, she's my favorite host.

You have to pay the shipping charges any time you return something unless the item is defective. So if the item you ordered was sized very oddly and you complain, they will send you a label to use so you don't have to pay to return it.

To answer PPs, Patti Reilly is the host who lost tons of weight. She used to be very attractive; now she looks like a living bobble head.

I'm done with ordering clothes from QVC. The quality used to be excellent; not so much anymore. I've been disappointed with the fabrics and it's hard to tell from TV what the quality of a textile is.

One item that QVC sells that I recommend buying from them is Birkenstock's. With my foot problems (plantar facitis and fallen arches), Birki's work well for me, and QVC has the best selection and prices I've found for them.

BTW, the best stuff gets deleted pretty quickly over there, but QVC has active message boards. If you're interested in ordering from them, check their boards first to see what people are saying. I have found many helpful comments over there and some very entertaining threads. There was a long one about the kitchen Bob guy; I don't know if it's still there, but it was a fun read while it was going.

Oh, thanks for that tip! This sweater is the size of an extra large, not a medium. I thought it might have actually been mislabled. Plus, the insert in the V-neck is sewn in crooked, and is very obvious when you just hold the sweater up that it's not straight across.

Then I'd call them, tell them, get the return label from them and do not order another. JMHO. Years ago I bought a few denium and co. things. They run really big though so I have to size down. Then I had a few issues like you say and I just don't order clothing anymore.

I wish wish wish that silly Jeanne Bice from Quacker Factory would quit it with the silly headbands! I turn her off now too. Does she EVER SHUT UP??? Same for Joan Rivers--does she EVER SHUT UP??? Won't watch her either.

That is the only reason why I ever watch QVC - when Jeanne Bice is on. My (soon-to-be-ex)girlfriend and I both watch her for the unintended humor.

MAD TV did a whole bunch of skits making fun of her; you can see them on YouTube. My girlfriend thought that was mean though.

She actually owns three blouses from Quacker Factory. She says they are barely worth the money. No one has ever come up to her and Quacked. Would to see what would happen if she wore one next trip up to the World.

Wow, just saw this thread came up again since last year. I made a comment about wearing empire style tops last November and guess what!! No need to wear them now...I am 60 lbs. lighter! Had no idea when I posted that last year I would be so much smaller now. Read a Dr Oz book and changed my way of looking at food!

Do not mean to take this thread off topic, but just caught me off guard when I saw that old post I had forgotten I even posted!
