Any other Canadians not able to sign into new MDE?

It is getting close to 24 hours for me. I am unable to give them the added info because it won't accept my clicks on the terms of use. I called IT about 8 hours ago and he said it was a known issue UGH. It is driving me crazy--I am still wanting to tweak some of my ADR's

Any suggestions out there?

It's working fine for me since they activated for Canadians yesterday.

I just called again and she told me that it is a known issue and they are working on it. Told me to get the app on my smart phone. Hmmmm I would if I had a smart phone

I guess you are one of the lucky ones. It has been 24 hours now for me

It works fine for me on my iPad and PC. I'm not using the app on the iPad just the safari web browser.

I am feeling so alone right now. I have checked frequently and still can't update my info. I have tried FF, Chrome, and IE(Disney says IE works best) Well not so far. We are 21 days from being in Disney and it would be sort of nice to have this up and running.

I guess I am just impatient--need to take a breath lol


Late note--my son came home so I had him put the app on his phone and using IE I am in Woohoo

Mine works, but it makes you sign back in a lot! Is anyone else's count off? Yesterday it was 94 days but the MDE said 95

Yes my count is out too. I am 21 days and it says 22. We are celebrating our 25th anniversary and I don't see that on my ADR's any more. I am trying to tweak my ADR's a bit and it is a lot more work to jump from one restaurant to another. The older one seemed a lot more user friendly. Oh well maybe when I get used to it I won't mind

Yeah, I had to punch in each ADR confirmation number individually, it was a pain in the butt. Is cool now that its done though. Can't wait for Fastpass+ to go live, I'm assuming it will be for our Dec trip.
