Any other AP holders having trouble purchasing HHN tkts online?

Funny, when I go to the HHN website, and click on Annual Passholders to buy tickets, it keeps telling me that I have an incorrect bar or PIN code. I've tried both mine and Mike's APs. Neither works. Yet, with the same bar and PIN codes, I can access the regular AP section of the Universal Website, and it knows who we are and when our passes expire. Hmppphhh.

Guess I have to call the AP hotline. Just wondering if anyone had luck ordering online, or have all the other AP holders gotten their tkts over the phone? What are the shipping options if you get them over the phone? Thanks.

I ordered mine over the phone this past weekend. They are shipping them free of charge and said I should recieve them in about 2 weeks :)

We buy our tickets through the phone & pick them up at will call.

This happened last year as well. I wound up calling the AP line, and then getting our tix at the kiosk at the park entrance, was a piece of cake :)

PS-After reading your post, I tried to login and got the same result as you!:confused3

I always get mine at the park but Phamton told me they weren't being sold at the parks for 2-4 more weeks...so I'll have to wait.

Well, I bucked up and called today to order our tickets. They are FedExing our tkts free of charge, which I thought was very nice.

I did mention that I tried to order online, but the website would not recognize our APs. She was pretty blasé about it, and said they were having problems with the website, and I wasn't the only one.

I havent tried this year but last year I had a hard time. Couldnt get in like you. I just called, it was a lot easier:thumbsup2
They sent mine free last year too.

jodie, same here.
i had the same problem you did with the ap site.

i finally gave up and called the ticket line, not ap number, and ordered them.

they are sending them out without shipping charge.

For those of you who had the tickets shipped, was an adult signature required?

Aghh. I would've used will call if that's the case. I think they tried to deliver the tickets yesterday, but we weren't home when they came. If they come the same time today, we won't be home then either or tomorrow. Now I have to deal with Fed Ex. Ugghh.

Yep, that's the real pain!!! They require an adult signature. I caught them on their second delivery.

Crud ... wonder if they'll take my fat cat Vanessa for 21. She knows how to sign her paw. I'm sure she won't mind waiting on the front porch all day ...

i don't believe mine are coming fed ex but by regular mail.

the gal said the tickets would be mailed out (and no charge for mailing them)
about 2 weeks before my date for the first night i bought the tickets for.
she said they are held until then.

i told her i was going to be out of town for the 11 days prior and would not be receiving them. so, she listed process now on her form.

i'm keeping the email she sent to me for confirmation in case i never get the tickets.

jody, you can leave a signed statement for fed ex taped to your door and they will accept that for signature. i have done that before when i work and expecting something.

In my exprerience, that doesn't always work mac. I have often delt with Fedex over the years, I get a plethora (I love that word) of deliveries for my business. Anyway, if it says "adult signature in person" (actually, I think the Fedex term is "direct signature"), then someone over 18 must be there to sign for it when it is delivered. If it just says adult signature, then the signed note taped to the door should work!

Yes, my door tag states "shipper requests adult signature required." Then, on the back it says "Your shipper has required that an adult 21 years or older at your address be present, sign for and accept this shipment. A government-issued ID must be shown. No door tag release is allowed."

They make 3 attempts and then you have to go pick it up at the nearest FedEx office.

Luckily, Fed Ex came early today, and I'm glad I waited to go to bed because I just signed for my tickets. :goodvibes

So, folks, if you think Fed Exing them to you sounds like a great idea, just note that an adult has to be home to accept delivery. (I did not have to show gov ID though.) And, you can't just sign your door tag to get your tickets.

mike and jodie, thanks for the heads up on that.

i have done the signature before and thought it could be done for everything.

i even had the $3300 computer delivered to the back of the house from apple on a signed statement.

when did jodie buy the tickets?
it makes me wonder when mine will come

you know, this is another place i read where UO would waive the signature for the tickets that are mailed out. i called back and was told no signature required on my delivery.

now i don't know what to think.

this portion is from the email confirmation i received on the 26th.

Hmmmm, don't know why the inconsistency (I never got an e-mail confirmation), but I ordered the tickets the afternoon of 7/25, and they tried to delivery them yesterday.

We only ordered tickets for 10/7. We decided that since we were doing the RIP, that one night was enough (I know, sacrilege!).

We ordered ours by phone and didn't receive an email confirmation either. :confused3

Mac, I had to sign for our tickets when they arrived.

Bonny

i couldn't get through on the ap site and i called ticket sales then.

so i ended up ordering by phone and was sent an email confirmation with the number of the sale. i got it about one hour after i called.

so even though i was told no signature is needed on my fed ex, i should expect that is incorrect info i guess.

i'm glad i'm not a newbie. i would wonder what the heck was going on,
