I am guessing that the answer is no, but is there anywhere in WDW, either TS or CS, to get organic food or natural meats? We try not to eat out often at home as we eat mainly organic foods that are hard to find when dining out. I've seen that you can get an Amy's GF pizza at some CS places, which is great, but I am wondering if there are any other options, particularly at MK,
Thanks!

If you interested in gluten free options, just request a gluten free meal at the time of reservation, or if you are at a CS just ask for the manager. As for resorts and everything else, I've found some have GF brownies, pizza, and other items. Just find the manager and they will know exactly what you're talking about.

I don't need Gluten Free, but would take it over regular food since it probably is a little healthier. But I don't want to make anyone do extra work. Just wondering if there were good alternatives at MK/WDW or if I should expect to just eat regular for the time we are there.

Organic or free range nope. I doubt it.

But here is my least for healthy options at WDW just in case anyone is interested:

There is a CS at Epcot, Sunshine Seasons, bottom floor of The Land pavillon. It has a wide variety of fresh, healthy foods. If there is organic in WDW it would be there. Regardless, it's a fantastic place.

Also, Wolfgang Puck's TS and Express (Counter) use fresh ingredients. And has a great menu.

There is a restaurant in the Swan or Dolphin called Fresh. It's a tad pricey but we often go there for breakfast once. I hate buffets but theirs is a very healthy one. And cook to order counter.

Kimono's is in either the Swan or the Dolphin. Fresh sushi if you like that. Can you tell I can't tell those buildings apart? :lmao:

Many CS are getting better. Poly's CS has sushi as well.

Goodings, the supermarket near DD has a health food section. I have walked it from DD before. Maybe 20 minutes. Every cab wanted to pick me up though. Too funny.

AK used to have a great CS but of course they changed it to "buffetland"!!

I probably have some more if I put my mind to it but I'm watching LOST. So for now....

The restaurants in Morocco and France are good options for healthy food. As is the CS in Japan..up the stairs to the left through the garden.

Also, the BW bakery has a wonderful fruit plate.

There is whole fruit in most resort stores.

CSs pepper market has many cooked in front of you stations.

While I haven't found organic at Disney (or many other restaurants), we do try to eat healthy by making sure we get fruit, milk and salads while there. There are alternatives to burgers and fries! :thumbsup2
