Good Morning to all from WDW at the Beach Club Villas!!!


Our flight over was smooth but long. Yesterday we spent the day at Animal Kingdom....Expedition Everest is a fantastic ride

We had dinner at Boma's which is a family favorite and today we'll be at Magic Kingdom.

Can't wait till the cruise but being here isn't too bad either

Jen...welcome to hot sunny Florida!!! Glad you enjoyed AK and Everest. It is a good ride. My three were hoping for a bit more thrill, but they enjoy the whole experience!

Flo, you are going to do a great job on the counter tomorrow!! Tom and Abby's best friend come in Friday morning! Yeah!!! The one thing I really hate about our second home is the time apart from Tom.

Carla, hope DH is doing better today. How are you doing through it. Sometimes, that is just as bad!!!

DH is doing much better today. Made it thru a whole day at work (guess he had to, since we'll be away for 9 days )

Hi, all. We made it. It is late and we've had a long day, with little sleep the past two nights. Just put in a wake-up call for 6:30, so we can go by the DCL desk here, check-in and be at MGM for opening.

Hey Marci,

We are headed to MGM on Thursday also! If you see a family with 3 kids of which the 2 boys look like pin traders and the little girl looking for characters to sign her book...well that will be us

Spent the day at MK and have to say that they park wasn't as crazy busy as I thought...which was nice.

I forgot who asked about Capt. Marvins but we are booked with them. I think we have the morning tour.....8:30 maybe...I have to check my notes.

Morning Everyone! I am so excited this is my last day at work before vacation (hope it is not yesterday). And we leave tomorrow for vacation.

Imagine ticker tape noise...."And now for the update...the boys MUST leave today. Yes, they were supposed to be out yesterday...but they are not. It is now a full week, and tonight Tom's mom and Sister Elaine, friend, are coming in to stay at the house for a few days as they do a little traveling."

I sent my boys up to request their sheets so that I can get them washed. It was somewhat subtle. Maybe not. Well, they are hoping to close on their lease after work and then actually moving their stuff. I am afraid to go upstairs to see if they emptied my boys rooms. UGH!!!!

I can't believe it!! We are all packed and I get on a plan tomorrow to start my magical vacation.

I have to tell one thing though. I was getting ready to leave work and my printer did not sound right. I look and it is not moving. It is printing in the same place. I think I fixed it but if I did not I will have to go in in the morning and see what I can do. I am hoping it works.

You are truly kind! Thanks...but it was more of feeling like it was the right thing to do. And yes, as of 11pm all three of them are out of the house. Unfortunately they did not clean up, but my three pitched in and got the house ship shape earlier in the day for when my mom-in-law and Sister Elaine came. Actually, I think that's why the guys left...these two wonderful gals can be quite formidable!!!

Well, we shall be seeing each other soon! I can hardly wait!!! I have had so little sleep in the last couple of weeks that I am afraid the ship will rock me to sleep and I will wake up to disembark!

Jen -- I'm sorry I didn't log on this morning so I would know that we were in the same park. We could have made plans to say hello!

We are headed to Epcot tomorrow, so if anyone sees 4 people with lime green shirts, one that says Andrew, one Jake, and two adults with Walt Disney World with characters, pull us aside to say hello!

It is incredibly hot here, but we are still having a great time.

Don't know if anybody will read this post before our cruise but wanted to post anyway.

Like Marci said it has been incredibly hot and humid yesterday and today.

Can't wait to get on the ship tomorrow.

Actually packing up now so I dont stress about it tonight. Planning to catch Illuminations tonight to cap off our stay at WDW before we cruise.
