Any one having a hard time booking their incentives

I was just wondering if anyone who purchased the VGC at the big event they did in March at the Paradise Pier Hotel has had trouble booking their incentives they received. Some of the incentives were a week with RCI, a week at the Hotel Del, a week at the Grand Wailea, ABD trips, etc. I wanted to know if anyone has called to book their week and has had a hard time getting it when they wanted it? I just called MS and tried to book The Grand Wailea and they said the computer can't book anything past Oct 2nd right now.

I haven't received my RCI voucher yet so haven't really done any checking on that. I did, however, book my ABD last week. My trip starts 12/08/09 and didn't have any problems booking that date.

We haven't received our RCI vouchers yet either. But we could call to book the Grand Wailea, just like you could book the ABD trip. I just thought it was weird I couldn't book past a certain time, when I have to book within 12 months. I called my guide about it, and she called me back with some info. They are having a computer problem booking the concierge collection past Sept right now. She said to call MS next week, because it should all be fixed then. I should be able to book 11 months out.
