Any one ever stay in a vacation home in Highgate park?

That's where we are staying for our upcoming trip. I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience staying there that they would be willing to share? Anyone know what grocery stores are nearby? Best way to drive to and from WDW from there? Any info would be great!

Even if you haven't stayed there and know where I can make a grocery stop, that would be great! Highgate park is in Davenport, FL and you take 192 to get there (west of WDW).

As you take 192 west you will pass Publix at Summer Bay just before the end of 192.lLternativley High gate is about 1 mile south of Wal Mart at Cagans Crossing.Ypour best route to WDW is Sherberth and Osceola Parkway .

I wouldn't go down the 192 to get there. Coming from the airport I would take the I4 and come off for Junction 58 Champions gate, turn right on to H27 and you will see Legacy of the left hand side. Highgate is the furthest community in Legacy. you will pass 2 publix this way on at Champions Gate and one at Berry Town center. There is a Walmart passed Highgate at Cagans Crossing which is just passed the 192

I would use the I4 to go to Disney as well rather than 192, or if using the 192 take the sherberth rd shortcut
