Don't know if they currently have one or not, but a lot of the time they offer a promotional game type thing on the web. So far the best that I have ever gotten is free shipping on 75.00.

April 25-May 20, Old Navy will have their Stuff & Save Sale. You can get 20% off everything in stores w/ the coupon bag or online with a special code.
You must charge your purchase to your Old Navy card or GAP or Banana Republic Card.

If I remember correctly from last year, you will be asked for part of your CC number to get access to the online code.
