Any OCTOBER guests received FP+ testing invite?

Sorry if someone has already noticed/answered this, but I couldn't find it in my skimming.

We arrive on Oct. 21 and have been able to book all our fast passes (with no trouble getting the times we wanted).

But, when I went to sign us up for BOG lunch, it says all the times are taken on every single day from Oct 21-27 (nothing beyond the 27 is available). Are these spots really all taken up, or have they just not been released yet?

Is anyone staying at AoA getting MB and FP+ for Oct?

I am. We're at AoA from Oct. 11-15th and I made my FP+ selections yesterday and customized my Magic Bands today. :thumbsup2 I noticed that these options weren't available until I completed online check-in, but I have heard that others were able to get FP+ and Magic Bands without doing online check-in, so who knows?

I think BOG lunch is quick service. I tried, too. That is when I was told no res necessary.
 

Has anyone had an issue with making Fastpass+ selections? I push the make selection button and I get this everytime...It doesn't even give me an opportunity to select dates

The selected date must be within at least one party member's FastPass+ selection window.

We check in on October 29th and I was able to customize our MB's tonight but I am getting the same response as you when I try to select our Fastpasses.

I am down 10/19-10/26 and was able to select a FP+ for Illuminations so the shows are loaded. I read in the main MM+ forum though that shows are only avaiable for FP+ on weekends. The Illuminations show I selected was on a Sunday.

Ah! That explains why I haven't been able to see them.
 
We are staying Oct. 27-Nov 10...I was able to customize this afternoon. Could not choose FP. I called Disney and was transferred to IT. I wanted to inquire about the message I was seeing. It looked like it was allowing me to choose FP's. But, when I clicked next it would give an error. Anyway, guy in IT (who really had his info down it would seem) told me it was because we are just a little too far out still...65 days. So, he then told me we are scheduled to get an email next weds (28th) to invite us for testing. At that point, he said we should be able to book. He gave me a ton of information that I found very useful and this sounds even better than I had hoped! Anyway, he also said that the testing is scheduled thru Oct. 31 with a plan to be live Nov. 1. He said that we will get the KTTW cards still to cover dining as not all restaurants will have the tap and go. So, as testers, we will be able to pull passes with those in park also. He said that if it is live November 1, that will be the end of the in-park fp's if you have the fp+. But, since we are checking in prior to that date, we will be able to pull our whole vacation. So, a little heads up for those checking in around that date. Of course, this can all change from now til then. But, that is the projection for now. Also, for TS restaurants using the system, you will basically hand over your credits before you go in...at the podium. I was not sure if the servers had mobile ones...like the iphone credit card readers type thing. But, they will handle it before you are even seated. Also, it was probably already mentioned, but it will also include your Magical Express ticket (in case anyone was unaware). That is important to know before leaving. Photopass and photopass+ will be on it. And, each thing can be added as you purchase it. Our bands will be here next week and each thing will just be added as I buy them...even though the bands will be in our home. Pretty neat. I guess it all makes sense, but I never really put it all together until speaking to this cm...he was great! He had lots of tips and suggestions and info. Hope this helps someone!

Do they put PP and PP+ on it when you get there and turn in your voucher?
 
I am first week of October at BCV and I was able to customize bands and choose fast pass selections. I am unable to book BOG for lunch, however.

I am checking in on the 26th October and can not choose FastPass+ yet. From what I can gather, it has only been enabled for guest checking in up until the 25th October.

Hopefully the CM is correct and it will be enabled for us next week!
 
I was finally able to customize our MB tonight, it says I have 8 to customize though and there are only 4 of us. We are doing a split stay, so will we have to use 2 sets or do I just order 1?
 
I am staying at POFQ from 9/30 thru 10/07 and had originally planned on staying off site on 9/29 but since POFQ is not a test resort I decided to book a room only reservation at POP for 9/29 (using AP discount.) I am an AP holder so don't need park ticket. As soon as I booked the room and checked in online I was able to make FP+ selections through 10/7 and customize my MB. Everything worked like clock work. We'll see how it all works out when I check in at POP and then POFQ. I figure I have nothing to lose so why not give it a try.

You need to go to beourguestlunch.go.disney.com and login using your reservation ID. There is a 30 page thread on the dining board with lots of helpful tips!

I'm thinking this is correct too! As of this morning, I can customize MB for both parts of my split stay - BCV on 10/26 and AKL on 10/30 (actually AKL was available a few days ago), but no fastpasses for anything yet.
 
Woke up today and just for kicks decided to see if anything changed for me;

It did! I was able to customize my Magic Band, but I still can't make FP+ selections, I guess that'll unlock in a few days.
