Any news on shorter II stays?

I just got my Disney Files magazine and Jim Lewis mentions the shorter stays but that's it. Has any further info been released?

When you call MS and are put on hold, the canned wait music includes an announcement that later this spring the DVC website will offer the ability to book shorter II stays. No details, however.

When we were on the cruise Jan/Feb they said next month (meaning March)

Take it for what it's worth though. Wouldn't be the first time there was a delay in a DVC announcement

I've been very curious, too! I wonder how many properties that they will offer the 3-4 days option? I'm hoping there will be at least several in California for nice long weekend trips!

And I am hoping for New England/Vermont area for long summer weekends.....I'd love to get into Cape Cod or Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket or Boston, etc, etc
