Any news on New Nemo show?

This was one my favorites. I know they are updating it, and a month ago the old signage came down. Any new rumors on a return date? I would love to see this when we are there

Disney Parks Blog has announced: (Opening 2022)

A couple months ago, we revealed that next year we’ll be bringing a reimagined version of “Finding Nemo: The Musical” to Theater in the Wild at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park. Today, we’re thrilled to share some additional details with you about this newly updated show, which we’re calling “Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond!” Our new show is set in the timeline of the movie “Finding Dory.” When you take a seat in the theater, you’ll find yourself at the Marine Life Institute.

Two of my favorite YouTubers/vloggers, the Broadway Bradshaws,, just announced on instagram that they have both been cast in the new show - playing Peach and Bruce. They said they didn't know a premiere date but rehearsals start tomorrow. Their best guess was ~6-8 weeks of rehearsals.

The most specific I've seen anywhere online is "Spring 2022", which means sometime in April/May to me. That matches up with the 6-8 weeks of rehearsals starting tomorrow, as mentioned above. Sounds to me like they could be aiming for May 1st. But we're all just guessing.

I saw on Instagram that rehearsals for the new show have just started and they should open in about 2 months (by Memorial Day I think).

Haven't seen anything about what the new show will be or when it will open.
Except, it clearly will not be open for our next trip.

I really hope it does open by Memorial Day! Our trip is 7/23-7/29 and I adore Nemo. I would love to be able to see the new show while we are at WDW.
