Any News on a Bounceback Promo in April?

I recall reading in a few threads in Nov/Dec (when the free dining bounceback promo was being offered to guests) that WDW may offer another bounceback promotion for free dining to guests staying at WDW resorts in April. Anyone hear anything more on this? Was it just rumor, speculation wishful thinking? I did a search and could not find the reference. DSis is staying on site in April and I am trying to get her to go again when we stay on points with DVC in August. A bounceback promo may be enough to push her over the edge to take another trip with us in August.

I haven't read anything like that, but it is an interesting idea: Rather than opening free dining up to the general public, just offer it to folks currently at Disney resorts. Time will tell.

I found the thread that mentioned it possibly being offered again in April. A DISer reported back here after speaking with a CM during her stay. Someone later in the thread also confirmed a CM telling her that they may offer in it April. I am going to chalk it up to rumor at this point. As we all know from our experiences with Disney, statements from 2 CMs does not make it a fact! I am going to try to post the link to the thread here but I have a feeling I will goof it up. If it doesn't post, I found the thread on the Resorts Codes board at the end of December.

The decision is probably not yet made, but even if it were made already, the front-line CMs aren't going to among those who know what the decision is. Disney knows that as soon as they tell the front-line CMs, guests will inevitably know about it, and right now they want guests focusing on the offers they're actually making right now, so Disney will withhold this information, assuming it even exists, from the front-line CMs.
