Any news in the Holiday Inn DTD?

We have reservations there in October but I have heard that they will not be open...Does anyone have any news and a phone number I can call because my emails and calls go unanswered.

Just drove by there a few minutes ago - vacant, and no signs of work being done all week. We asked and were told that a local hotel might decide to purchase it, but that is only conjecture. Sorry I can't be of more help.

We drove past it a few times last week. Nothing going on. It kinda looked sad, as this was the first time I had ever seen it not busy. It just looked all dark.

I just had a chat with cris on the website. Gave me the number : 407 828 8888 and explained that the hotel is currently off their system. However he said it is still a holiday inn hotel. Don't know if that's a permanent thing. BTW the chat facility on their website is fab, no more long chats on the phone!
