so if i am getting the 2009 uy pts do i have to pay the annual dues on those points along with my 2010 points?
Can someone remind me what the friends and family incentive included? Thanks
I'd be curious to know this too.
We received our referral postcard the other day. It explained the referral incentives but not what the F&F offer is with the referral
Haven't they made the F&F deal available to existing members in the past?
Does the offer for current 2009 UY points apply to an add on contract at VGC?

AFAIK, there is no additional incentive for new buyers right now who have a referral from friends or family.
.
Just saw DVCNews is reporting DOUBLE 2009 POINTS to new members purchasing with a March UY.
http://dvcnews.com/index.php/news-p...190-double-points-in-first-year-with-purchase
Really stinks for exisiting members IMO.
Ooops
Read it again & you're right. Swear I read it 3x the first time cuz I couldn't beleive it, guess I need some coffee.
Sorry gang!
ITA! I think it's misleading.I took a look at this and it is not double 2009 points. It's the same old, as it's always been get the current UY points (2009). Then you bank them into your 2010 UY which begins this March 1st so marketing can claim "double points".
I'm a little surprised that Tim is reporting it this way. My guide actually said he/she didn't want to claim it that way.
It's still a nice incentive to get you to purchase before your UY starts but it isn't a new special.
Hi guys! My kids have practically grown up on Disney properties-we love it there. As prices continue to increase for our stays I've decided to buy into DVC at BLT for home resort. My guide has been quoting the $115 after $5 discount and as of yesterday...no other options.
When you visited kiosk or on holiday cruise offer, do you recall what discount was for new member into BLT? She has said I could have the $25 offer and if I had referrer, would be happy to use you if mentioning offer that you were offered opens the door to bring my costs down to say $112.
These threads are very helpful and I look forward to contributing soon!
