The Hyatt Place is somewhat new in terms of them gutting the building and renovating everything. Its a nice hotel that you may want to take a look at.

Vista Cay Resort is a short-term rental community built by the same builder as Windsor Hills Resort; it is gated with a 10,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse and beautifully landscaped lake. The first phase began probably around the end of 2005, and the newer phase was built in 2007. Each property is individually owned. We bought our townhome there in April of 2007, brand new. It is about 3/4 miles from the Convention Center and Vista Cay is located on Universal Blvd.

If you go to any of the owner sites, i.e., VRBO, Homeaway, or Vacation Rentals, etc., and go to Orlando, you will see many of them advertised. There are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos; 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos; and 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bathroom townhomes. They are very reasonably priced, upscale, and loaded with lots of amenities.
