Any New BBQ Grill recipes???

Okay, I got a new grill... LOVE IT! But I'm sick of the same old stuff....

This weekend we had turkey burgers, hot dogs, chicken breast, corn and beef tips. I know boooooooring.....

Any good recipes for chicken or vegetables? How about DESSERTS? I'm really interested in doing something new for Memorial Day!

Smoked ribs

Bratwurst on the grill

Any kind of kabobs

Pulled Pork BBQ with Hot Pepper Vinegar Sauce

Note: the recipe doesn't mention it, but the pork should be cooked over indirect medium heat.

Robin I know you are enthusiastic about your new grill, but I'm pretty sure you don't want to cook dessert on it BTW, I'll come over and help eat all those boring things you mentioned. I'll bring some ice cream

You take a whole chicken. Get your beer, need to drink anywhere up to half of it. Then place the can into the cavity of the chicken. Now, getting that bird to sit up right on a grill can be tricky, so Wal-mart does sell a device that holds your can and your chicken.

You just season the outside how you please, sometimes I'll use a rub on mine.


And cook away.

Ron, my friend, my hero Bobby Flay does dessert on the grill! In fact, he does just about EVERYTHING on the grill. I just know I'll be able to, too!

Right now I have two baked potatoes out on the grill. I know .... borrrring!
