We will be there in 10 days!

I have heard if you say Woody is coming to toy soldiers in Hollywood Studios they all hit the ground.

Any others?

Thanks and this site rocks!

Pull the rope at the entrance of Indiana Jones show. More than once. Streets of America - find the umbrella but don't have electronics on you;)

I guess I get wet with the umbrellas?

Does the rope get me kicked out?

If we told you what happened, it would be no fun :).

And don't expect characters to jump on the ground, they won't do it. Because of the costumes they could hurt themselves.

This used to be (sort of) true. Years ago, if someone yelled "ANDY's coming!, the Toy Story characters would drop to the ground and lay still (just like in the movie). But apparently too many people learned this trick, and the characters stopped doing it. They would spend way too much time on the ground! But it's a cute idea, huh?

Correct they will just ignore you.

Now there is a list somewhere of cute things to ask or say to the characters once you are with them that will get certain responses. (Still no falling down)

During our May trip I mentioned this "old wives' tale" about the TS characters in the Pixar area & DH & talked about how hilarious it must've been when they DID do this.

When we were walking through the area & saw a few of the army men posing for pics, he muttered under his breath, "I can't help it - I have to say something!" and then just loud enough for the nearest army guy to hear he said, "Hey, I heard Andy's coming" or something striving for midway between cool-dude & Disney-crazy.

The army guys can't talk but he started gesturing madly for us to HOLD ON, waving his arms, holding up one finger (wait, wait!) etc. When he finished the pic he was taking he hustled over to us, yanking on his pocket to pull out a very worn, overfolded piece of paper that he carefully unravelled & held up for us to see:

HE WENT TO COLLEGE!

Then he gave us a smirky attitude, flippantly turned & headed back to his pictures. We literally roared with laughter!!!! :lmao:

Look for Cinderella's horse on the carousel in MK. It's the one with the gold bow on its tail. My DDs love trying to get it before someone else does!

FANTASTIC :rotfl2:

My daughter wore a Lotso shirt to DHS. We went to meet Buzz and Woody and the line caught off right as we approached them. They had to take a break. However, our experience was worth the wait. Woody pointed at her shirt and then took her and shoved her outside the door and held the door closed. He finally let her back in and hugged her. Then he got out a piece of paper and a marker. He saw my son's name on his shirt and colored in block letters for hi name. He hung it over the sign that said Andy's toys so that it said TJ's Toy's. Very cute!

If you have reservations at 1900's Park Fare for dinner, ask the step-sisters to sing "Nightingale". It's so bad that it's great!

DHS-This one is an oldie -Look for the key under the mat near the box office at Muppets 3D.

Do the portal game at MK or the Phineas and Ferb Secret Spy game at EPCOT. I think they changed the one at MK since last year when it was getting rid of the villians but there is a new one.
