Any Music Or Dancing on Friday or Saturday nights?

I have seen video recently of bands playing at the royal theater with people dancing and I know that the tomorrow land terrace has bands playing sometimes, does anyone know if there is dancing and bands are regular? Only for special times?

Typically, there's swing dancing in Fantasy Fair (royal theatre) on Saturday nights.

There are local bands playing at the Tomorrowland Terrace every weekend (plus weekdays during peak season).

We haven't tried the Mad Tea Party, at DCA yet, but we so enjoy watching the Swing Dancing at the Royal Theater!

At the Tomorrowland Terrace, we always see lots of people dancing---children and adults---so fun!

thank you so much my husband and i have been learning the lindy hop for fun and we will be there for dapper day weekend so now i need to step it up and get ready to dance my pants off!

For swing dancing, look for the Royal Swing Ball on the DL schedule. The schedule/calendar should list the band playing for a particular night (there are different bands each Saturday). Dancing starts at 7:30pm-ish (sometimes we are allowed in a bit early) and ends promptly at 11pm. The dance floor on Dapper Day Saturday tends to be more crowded than usual, so keep that in mind if that might be a problem. If you have any more questions about the swing dancing at DL, please ask!

Oh, and sometimes there is dancing in DtD. The DLR calendar should list bands and locations. If the band is rockabilly, there will probably be some dancers in the audience! When Tomorrowland Terrace has Scot Bruce or Hard Days Night, the swing dancers had over there, too. And there is swing dancing in DCA in Paradise Gardens (by Goofy's Sky School), when the Ellis Island Boys play.
