Any Movie Reviewers Out There?

Has anyone seen any of the new movies out for this season? In particular...Santa Clause 2? Treasure Planet? Analyze That? What do you think, folks...Any good movies out there?

I took a dozen first graders to see Santa Clause 2 for my daughter's birthday party, and there were 12 thumbs up! (13 if you count mine!). Great movie, I liked it better than the first one.

Haven't seen Analyze That yet, but I loved the first one.

My sister took my kids to see Trasure Planet and all said it was just ok. My sister said it got a little weird at times.

Will tell you everything you need to know. Sometimes there are potential spoilers. I mainly use it when deciding if my kids should see a movie. They are on the PG/PG-13 verge. I looked at the new Adam Sandler cartoon and said no way!

Not an "official" movie reviewer, but I can tell you that we thought Santa Clause II was o.k. (DH and I thought it a bit hokey, DS, age 7, liked it; DS, age 4, got very restless during the middle parts). We LOVED Treasure Planet, and both my children were captivated from beginning to end. We also loved Harry Potter Chamber of Secrets.

Haven't seen Analyze That yet, but I sure hope to.

I *loved* Treasure Planet, felt it was one of the best animated movies in a while (though it's not your usual Disney film). Best description I've seen yet is Treasure Island meets Star Wars. Excellently done.

Haven't seen Santa Clause II yet. Won't see Analyze That (couldn't even get through 20 minutes of Analyze This before I turned it off )

Only other movie I've seen so far this season is Harry Potter, which DH and I both liked better than the first, though my parents both thought the first was slightly better, but we all agree it was really good.

I still want to see Santa Clause II and the new James Bond.

I haven't been to the movies since Lilo & Stitch, & I'm really looking forward to going. Mmmm, I can smell the popcorn! I like watching movies from the comfort of my home, but there's something about sitting in the movie theater.
