Any Mary Kay fans out there? UPDATE Need Help!

I went to a Blushing Bride Pampering yesterday with my boyfriend's sister and another member of her bridal party. I got sucked in and am loving the products so far.

Anyone else use Mary Kay?

I bought the Time Wise Miracle Set for combo skin along with the Hydrating Gel. Things were going great until I started noticing that I had really dry patches (think flaking and peeling skin). Tonight I did my regimen and got burning sensations when I put the Hydrating Gel on. I noticed it did this slightly yesterday around the same time.

My face feels very smooth, but also very dry. It is burning a bit and red. What should I do? Should I switch to something else from Mary Kay? Do you think it is the Hydrating Gel or something else?

I LOVE Mary Kay's eyeliner! It is one of the very very few I have found that actually lasts all day. I can even wear it to WDW without it coming off. I've tried some very expensive brands that don't even last as long as MK's.

I was hooked since I started wearing makeup (my mom was a saleswoman at the time). Now I mix & match with other brands, but I love the mineral foundation, eyeliner pencil, eyebrow pencil, lipstick (shell being my everyday color), eye make up remover and Velocity cologne.

Of course I have a ton of other tems too, but those are the items I won't buy from any other brand now.

I still remember my first real lipstick--back in the late 80s, color--dusty rose.

Cool! I got the Miracle Set, an eyesicle, Satin Lips set, and Dash on the Go set with bronzing power, lip gloss, and highlight eyeshadow. It's fun and I love how I feel wearing it!

I am hooked on the Satin Hands extra emollient night cream. That stuff is awesome in the winter when I can't seem to keep my hands moisturized.

phone the Mary Kay lady that sold it to you.
You may be having a reaction.
Also there is something that you can do to treat your skin.
I don't remember exactly what but it has to do with washing your face in milk.
Now I don't know if you are supposed to warm the milk first.

She says wash your face with warm milk.
Discontine use of the hydrating gel as this may be causing your reaction.
Called the MK lady that sold it to you.
