Any MagicBand Update?

For anyone that has been recently, have Disney started to introduce the MagicBands to resort guests yet?

I found this link;

If so, I would like to order different colours for the family, although it doesn't say how you go about getting this done, I'm guessing you would have to phone them?

There is a very limited trial for guests in later this month but there is still no start date for the rollout.

The trial is only 6 days and for check ins at 2 resorts on 3 dates.

I would expect late Autumn at least before we see anything like a wider rollout.

We bought our annual passes at customer relations at DTD a few weeks ago and when I asked about the bands we were told that they would contact us when they were available and be sent to us direct.

When we questioned if they would be sent directly to us in the UK he replied; as far as he was aware. Not sure how correct this information was.
