Just some photos of the NY port terminal:
Driving up the ramp to the mid-level to drop off bags. Bottom level of terminal is for buses and large vans. Taxi's will line up on the mid-level. There used to be another ramp to the top level parking lot at the far end of this roadway. Not sure if it is still there. Sometimes it was open, sometimes not. If you are parking I guess you could park on top first and haul your bags down to the mid-level porters (not sure if there are porters up top) or drop your bags first and circle around terminal and come back to park if the other parking ramp is closed.

The Pier #'s decrease as driving along. DCL "usually" docks at Pier 88 which is further down.

There are usually porters in this area and police or port workers directing you where to stop to drop off bags.
