I really need to just toot my own horn here.

We are rolling out some new technology in 133 of our retail stores, and this project has suddenly become MY BABY!

So the interface between our current POS system and our credit card system is Unix based. Scary, scary Unix.

So tonight, I downed the system, set up 20 stores on the new Unix system, ran the configuration, and started the system back up.

All without calling my boss. Woo Hoo for me!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats! While I personally have no idea what the he** UNIX is, I know from FH (who works with computers) that that is a big deal!! Way to go!!
