I asked for June or Dec UY, 50 x 2, or 100 points, whichever came first. Dec came up first, so we are buying that. We got on the list on March 14!!! Two days before you. Maybe you'll get a call very soon. Sending pixie dust !

Just an update. DVC asked me not to have what would have been three UYs, so I relented and took a Feb UY instead of Dec. It's only a couple of months difference, so it's not a big deal. They asked me this about three times after the Dec. points were in my account and already banked! Same two contracts, still 100 points total, just Feb instead of Dec. I really wanted June, but February is okay.

I hope your guide calls you soon. I guess it depends on how many signed up on that list after I did. I know it was a mad rush because Disney had just announced the upcoming price increase and everyone wanted to get the "lower price," if possible.

Notice on DVCnews.com they posted last months direct sales from Diseny. Only 1 contract was sold last month for VGC. That tells me you will be waiting a while.

We passed earlier this week at $103 per point for a 100 point contract loaded with 200 points. Thought that was right on the "bubble" of ROFR and got lucky to pass.

We are currently in ROFR with VGC for a 100 point contract. We are paying $115 a point with no 2013 points. First points coming 2014 December use year. Hopefully it makes it through but there are VGC's out there for resale. My opinion is why buy it direct. If you want to use the points in non DVC places, why not buy a cheaper place for soemthing like that. We bought small resale for the 11 month booking at VGC then will buy elsewhere where it is cheaper for other trips. Somewhere like SS

Funny! Reminds me of when a friend purchased resale.... the seller was bragging about the price she received, considered it "stripped" when the next use year was right around the bend full of points. Her attitude and comments nearly cost her the sale.
