Any ideas ?? Maybe someone can help me..

I live in MA and all my neighbors have maple trees. I like them right where they are.. in their yards. Unfortunately, every spring they transplant themselves everywhere in my yard (my peony beds, shed foundations, cracks in the driveway). I pull most of them out before they are well established, however, I missed a couple last year and they have infiltrated my peonies to the point I can't even dig them out.

I'm hesitant to use any chemical on them because I don't want them harming the peonies and I tried very hard to dig down but the roots were so deep, I gave up!!!

Any suggestions?!?

Thanks in advance for shedding some light.

Jjacqjob - Cut them down to ground level!

Hi, I just cut them right down the minute i see them. You don't have to dig them up. That's too much work.

Thanks..

I'm just picky sometimes.. I like to make too much work for myself
