I agree with this - I think having him as her daddy gave her a career she wouldn't otherwise have - and given the work she has done so far and the upbringing he provided - she should be able to hold her own from this point on...not that it is fair that the brother/mom got more, but I don't thnk she is hurting for money or anything enough to complain.....

Since her link to stardom is now dead, she should take that money and get a face job....it may help her to get in another show.

Actually, I think it's ok the bulk of the estate was left to his wife. I'd hope that DH would will things to me. Now that being said...I would also expect to take care of my children and I certainly wouldn't be out with another guy with my husband on his death bed.

Sometimes the estates of the wealthy are set up in really complex ways to avoid taxation. Money may have been put in special funds or even corporations that would benefit her or pay dividends or stocks. Trusts may have also been set aside. I doubt she has been left out.

She would definitely be coming out way ahead if she has a trust or stocks in his corporations. I haven't followed the story and have no idea what the $800,000 entails.

Well at least she got something, anyone remember Joan Crawford, her kids got nothing at all from her estate. And I believe that Bill Gates stated the same thing for his kids when he dies. Honestly where does it state that the kids are entitled to anything.

According to Us Weekly ( ) her dad left her mother in charge of his estate. After mom and daughter's relationship became strained and Tori hinted of her mothers infidelity, mom didn't give her much. It did say the brother will be well taken care of.

I think it's funny that Tori Spelling is accusing her mom of cheating and creating a "wedge" in the family when she got with her current dh while he was married with children. Didn't she "wedge" herself between them?? What goes around comes around!

I need a life...I know way too much about this.

She couldn't even be bothered to visit her 80-something year old father when he had a stroke and HER MOTHER is the evil one?? I don't give a rat's patootie about her excuses....you can bet your bippee that if that had happened to my dad, I'd sell my soul if I had to to be with him. She is lucky he left her anything.

Well considering her mother DIDN"T tell her about her father having a stroke (she found out through the media) and didn't allow her into the home how was she supposed to visit him????
